You will love our townhouse, it's spacious yet cozy and is fully equipped with everything you and your guests will need for a fantastic and memorable stay. There are queen beds in two room, a bunk with double and single in the other room and the 5th bed is a lounger in the living room that folds completely flat.
The expansive living space includes large grand room with a gas fireplace, and large screen TV with Netflix, a pullout single sleeper, toys for kids and access to a serene deck. Adjacent is a large dining area; a fully equipped newly renovated stylish kitchen that allows you to enjoy the comforts of your own cooking and memorable meals with family and friends. A second deck has a new BBQ (2021) and priceless mountain views.
The main floor also includes the newly renovated powder room and laundry facilities for your convenience.
The second floor includes a master queen bedroom with a TV, ensuite bathroom with large tub to soak in after an exciting day at Blue. Finally the master bedroom includes your very own ensuite sauna. A second bedroom features gorgeous mountain views with a twin / double bunk bed that can sleep 3, new stylish dresser and adorable mountain decor great for kids or anyone basking in the cottage life. The third bedroom is another new queen sized bed with a Netflix TV, dresser and gorgeous views of the mountains. Another clean, newly renovated bathroom is off the hall. Each bedroom has plenty of closet and dresser space!
The townhouse offers high-speed internet for endless entertainment. For those of you with little ones, we have some toys, books and a Graco Pack 'n Plays onsite for infants and toddlers. Please bring your own bedding for the Pack 'n Play.

*PLEASE - remove boots/shoes before heading up the stairs to the main living area. No outdoor footwear or equipment to be worn or left on the wood floors.
FINES
1. NO Parties or events or a $615 fee, plus damages is incurred. (There are security guards who patrol the grounds in the evenings, looking to shut down any parties or events. This is a very carefully managed community.) Extra charge of at minimum $50 if there is vomit that my cleaners have to clean up. Please clean up any extra out-of-the-ordinary mess.
2. NO Pets or a $250 fine, plus damages, is incurred.
3. NO Smoking or a $250 fine, plus damages, is incurred.
4. NOT obeying NOISE level in quiet hours is $500 fine, plus damages. (Don't worry - you can still enjoy yourselves, this is to prevent the many people who try to book a house to throw a party, which is not allowed. Please just be a nice neighbor).
5. More than 4 bags of TRASH or leaving TRASH left scattered around the house is at least $150, depending on the severity. Please be kind and place all trash in bags.
6. If you CHECK-OUT past 11am there is a late fee of $50 for the first half hour and then $100 an hour after that for every hour not checked out or that your luggage is still there. It’s important that the cleaners can start cleaning at 11am as we like to keep our property clean and beautiful!
7. Parking Pass: $75 fee if lost. Please return to foyer.
8. If you check in early without prior approval, there is a $25 fee for every 15 minutes that you are early. We are sorry to be so strict but people not obeying check in and out times disturbs the cleaners' schedules and promotes issues with the next guests.
* Early check-ins or late check-outs can sometimes be accommodated for a $30 fee but needed to be arranged and approved in advance. We cannot guarantee accommodation but we will try our best!
** Please note 3rd party failures are not the responsibility of the host. In that, if there is a failure due to a Rogers outage or electrical failure or some other failure, please notify us immediately and we will fix it as soon as we can, normally within a few hours if it is within our control but we cannot be financially responsible for utility outages that occur beyond our control.

"NO PERSON SHALL MAKE NOISE OR CAUSE NOISE TO BE MADE OR PERMIT NOISE TO BE MADE THAT WOULD BE LIKELY TO DISTURB THE INHABITANTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY"
Renters and their guests are not allowed to disturb neighbours or interfere with their enjoyment of their properties, or the public realm, at any time of the day or night. Failure to comply with the conditions of the Town's Noise By-Law may result in the notification of the Ontario Provincial Police who may, upon attendance, issue a Notice of Offence, which carries with it a fine, upon conviction, of $615.00 for a first offence. Please be respectful
-The number of guests may not exceed 8 persons at any time. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in eviction from property without refund.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 180 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Eighty-five percent (85.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
